For those who have never used it, app android TV is a clean, navigable OS with a few helpful customization options — và a handful of very tedious menus lớn click through if you want to lớn enable all customizations. Remote Control

Performance
Where the mày Box S really falls down is in performance. Picture quality, even when you set it properly, is not very good. Navigation has just enough of a lag khổng lồ be noticeable. The device is almost silent, even when you pump up the volume all the way.

Beyond that, menu navigation is functional but not nearly as snappy as that on recent gadgets from Roku and Amazon. There"s a split-second delay between giving a command & seeing the system carry it out. It"s not going to lớn ruin anyone"s day, at least at present, but I vị wonder whether the mi Box S will be able khổng lồ keep up with android TV as updates make it more complex & demanding.

A lot of excellent apk games have made the jump to android TV, including Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic and a number of Final Fantasies. But the mi Box S has only 5 GB storage, và 1.5GB of that is reserved for system files.
